Pivot Range
Hi all,
I have a Workbook that is populated via automation in Access: Sheet4 is filled with data and when complete, the Pivot table on Sheet3 is refreshed. The Pivot table has a dynamic data source - a named range on Sheet4 called PivotRange - and automatically picks up any increase in the range in Sheet4. My problem arises when the range in Sheet4 decreases. For example, yesterday may have returned 1000 records from Access and today may only have returned 900. The extra 100 from yesterday are still at the bottom of the range and are included in the pivot data. Can anyone suggest a way to trash all the data from PivotRange before populating with the new records? Thanks Dave |
