Default Questions related to Online Quiz

Hi,

I have a file which is a type of a questionaire. A user can access the
file and give answers of all the questions.

Now the problem is:

1). There is a time limit to complete the quiz, however time will only
update when user click on next or previous button. I want there must be
a running timer on the form.

2). There are 2 sheets which is actually a database for the project. I
can hide the sheet and protect with password but still there are
utilities and macros which can unprotect the sheets. User can see the
sheet. I want that these sheets should not be unprotected at any cost
without my permission.

3). I want to show the window on top of all application.

If anyone have a solution, kindly let me know.

Thanks and Regards
Manish Rajpal
