Default custom menu 4+ levels deep

Code for a Custom menu 4+ Levels deep
example
Menu
Menu 1
Menu 1.1
Menu 1.1 Item1
Menu 1.1 Item2
Menu 1.2
Menu 1.1 Item1
Menu 1.1 Item2
Menu 2
Menu 2.1
Menu 2.1 Item1
Menu 2.1 Item2
Menu 2.2
Menu 2.1 Item1
Menu 2.1 Item2

I have been only able to get the menu to 3 levels when I try to attach the
menu items to the 4th level they appear on the 3rd level
