Default How to pre-select/highlite contents in input window.

Hi All,
I am wondering how to preselect the input window contents (its data
format instructions). When the user click the button to input data, it
would be nice to have the data instructions highlited so that they can
directly start typing in. As of now they have to select the content
and delete or start typing.
I guess it is somewhere in properties of that particular field but I
cannot find it.

Thank you for help.
