Default Protecting my project

Hi!
I want to protect my VBA project so that anyone using the workbook
cannot see or change the code. When I'm in VBA and I go to Tools l
VBAProject Properties and I enter a password on the Protection tab it
does not seem to "Lock" it.
I know I'm just missing something. Please help!
Thanks!

Default Protecting my project

Try restarting the application (ie - close it and then open it back up)

I was expecting it to work the same way as the worksheet protection.
Thanks for the help!
