Track changes
Hello All
I am going to be sending, on a regular basis, excel spreadsheets to lots of different people. The people will have different version of excel, from '97 up. The spreadsheets I will be sending will be in '97 format. The people will need to amend the spreadsheet by adding some data to some cells, then they will email it back to me. Question1. I assume I need to prevent them from converting the spreadsheet to their (possible higher) version of excel: but how can I do that (other than by 'instruction')? Question 2. Can I set the Track Changes option to 'Yes' programatically for all my outgoing spreadsheets (rather than having to set this manually each time), and (however I set Track Changes) will that setting be effective even when the spreadsheet has been edited with another version of excel? Many thanks for any help. Les |
