Using the table below. Adjust to your needs.

You could also use the AND function, but it has a limit of 30. If any
relation is not true it will return false.

In this example, since # 3 is outside of the spec. range, I would like
the text "Out of Range" to appear at the bottom of the worksheet. The
"out of range" needs to be entered if ANY of the values are outside of
the spec. range.

The example above is greatly simplified. The actual values and ranges
are not all in the same row or columns.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated
