Default Number format locale - XL2003

Hi,

Does VBA provide any way to read a cell's number format locale? I am
trying to write a quick utility that examines the used range for cells
that use a particular locale (say, English (US)) and can't for the life
of me figure out how to get to that property in code.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
