Default how to catch a value in the format like "0E085"

Hi list,

User has a process that export data from PeopleSoft to an Excel file, then
upload the Excel file to another system. from the original data, there is one
column named as "Dept" and there is one dept named as "0E085". User has no
control with the process from PeopleSoft to Excel. but when user looks at the
Excel file, the data "0E085" is showing as a value "0" in the Excel file. are
there any ways to make this correct? showing "0E085" in stead of "0"?

Thanks.
