Default Userform data retrieval

I have created a working userform in Excel 2000. When I click my add
button it adds the data to the spreadsheet. I would like to have a
command button on the userform that or before the userform comes up
requesting a reference number, and when the user puts in the reference
number I would like for the userform to popup with the prev info in the
userform autopopulated.

Example
User1 inputs data into userform
User1 clicks command button and adds data to sprreadsheet while
simultaneously attachs workbook to outgoing email. (this much works)

User2 receives email with a refernce number in subject. User2 opens
spreadsheet which onl gives a text box requesting reference number.
User2 inputs ref num and clicks ok and the userform pops up only with
the info connected to that ref number. User2 fills out their section of
userform and clicks command button that adds the info to the spreadsheet
and attachs to email to send back to User1.

I need help with code for retrieving data from SS back to userform.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
