Auto format a workbook to Print
Since there are no details in your last post about how you want to format
things, try recording a macro. 1. Make sure you are on the sheet that needs to be formatted. 2. Go to Tools Macro Record. Hit the record button after the description screen. 3. Now format the sheet how you want it to be using File Page Setup. You can even set the print area. You may want to play with the page formatting before recording if you are not familiar with that part of excel. "Curt" wrote: I've got a workbook fiiled with information.
