I have an error that comes up often for no aparent reason because I can go
back and do the command again and it works fine, anyway the error is as
follows:

Automation Error

The Object has disconnected from its clients

The above error causes the workbook to shutdown without any attempt to save
so I have lost many hours of work over the numerious times this error has
come about, so if anybody can tell me what is going on and how I can fix this
that would be great.
