Default how to do a comparsion between 2 files with same columns?

I have (2) .xls files with the same columns and I want to run a program that
will show me the duplicate entries.
In short I run a report that shows interference analysis on our engineering
models and one report was run 2 months ago and the other was run yesterday.
Now these reports are the same format and (10) columns with one file being
(267) rows of data and the other row being (904) rows of data.
Thanks, Gary
