Default Security for VBA codes

I haven't notice any on this subject. So...
Is there a way to PW protect the VBA screen? Also, assuming there is,
can it be set up to allow others to edit (and save) the spreadsheet
only? I poked around the pull down menus, but couldn't see an
explaination. It must be so simple that I just didn't see it.
As always..... I would appreciate any help.
