Default #VALUE! in OLAP based PivotTable

I have a few PivotTable reports based on MS OLAP Cubes. Sometimes, often
when I modify dimensions on the server, multiple selections within the
reports would produce #VALUE! error. I have to remove some (sometimes all)
of the dimensions from the report, refresh the report and bring them back to
solve the issue. Does anyone know what causes this and how it can be fixed?

Thanks!
