pivot table field dropdown list
Can someone please help me on this?
Everytime when I refresh my pivot table with new information, the field dropdown list will automatically select the new field created due to the new information. Is there any way I can prevent excel from selecting the new field automatically? I want to keep the current format with only the fields I have previously selected, but once I refresh the data, the pivot table will also include new fields from the new data. Please help! Thank you in advance! |
