Default Print Macro in excel

Good Afternoon,

I am a little new to writing Macros in Excel.

I have created a Bill template and I would like to attach a macro to
the template only so that they can either click or go via a shortcut
key.

I need them to print to there default printer, 1 copy on headed paper
and the 2 copies on plain.

I have tried a number of different ways but keep getting 3 plain
copies?

I also need it to recognise the different printers most are laserjets
and the headed paper is in tray 3, but some are different?

Please can anyone help,

Many thanks,
