Print Macro in excel
Good Afternoon, I am a little new to writing Macros in Excel. I have created a Bill template and I would like to attach a macro to the template only so that they can either click or go via a shortcut key. I need them to print to there default printer, 1 copy on headed paper and the 2 copies on plain. I have tried a number of different ways but keep getting 3 plain copies? I also need it to recognise the different printers most are laserjets and the headed paper is in tray 3, but some are different? Please can anyone help, Many thanks, -- VickyC ------------------------------------------------------------------------ VickyC's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=27391 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=489037 |

this link is to an article by Getz on printing in Access using the
WindowsAPI. While it is for access, it is pretty much the same in Excel. the main difference is that Access has a printer object and in Excel you would need to use more API functions to get a handle to the printer. http://msdn.microsoft.com/archive/en...softAccess.asp -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "VickyC" wrote in message ...
