Default Open an Excel file automatically

Hello all,

I have a batch file as below to open an excel file. It worked fine
last week but not this week. I got an error saying that "ACCESS
DENIED". What's happened?

Do you have any other ways to open an excel file?

Please help! Thanks

---Here is the batch that I have-----

\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft
Office\Microsoft Office Excel 2003.lnk \\test\test_MACRO.xls
