Default Worksheet Change event

Hi,

Currenty i have a worksheet with lots of dates in the cells, when i update
the cells in the sheet, some dates change and some stay the same. What i
want is code, to format the cell red or some other colour if the cell has
been updated with a different date. I am sure a seen i post a while back
that uses the worksheet change event. As its impossible to use conditional
formatting.
