Counting Date Changes
I'm using this formula to calculate schedule changes by workday. In
this example, the difference between the original date of 8/18 and the latest move date of 9/10 is 17 workdays. What I now need to do is NOT populate Col T until I have a date in Col R, but having difficulty adding this additional criterion.
