I want to pass an unknown number of dates and values to be processed by a
function. The data is like this:-

28/01/1956 12500
31/12/1980 45680

What is the most effective way of doing it please?

You can use ParamArray, like so

Function func1(ParamArray inp())
Dim i As Long
For i = LBound(inp) To UBound(inp)
MsgBox inp(i)
Next i
End Function
