Default VBA reference

I downloaded VBA reference file vbax11.exe from the MS site and expanded it
to get vbaxl10.chm (why is one 11, the other 10?)
When I navigate within the CHM file I get errors with title "Internet
Explorer Script error". It is always Line 1 , Code 0, "not implemented". If
I click Yes for continue it works OK but it is annoying. Any ideas?
