Default Return value based on certain criteria in multiple columns

I have a form where users input the reservation date and number of seats
required. And in the reference tables I have a column for date, table
name, and total no. of seats at each respective table.

Is there a way to make Excel assign a table by searching through the
date column and the total no. of seats at each respective table based
on what the user inputs in the textbox?

Thanks in advance!
