Default How to delete spreadsheet if wrong password entered?

Is there a way to delete a password-protected Excel file (or the data it
contains) if the wrong password is entered? If this is not something
readily done in Excel, are there other encryption utilities (eg, PGP) that
can do this?

TIA,
Mike
