If anyone read my post from earlier and was as bewildered as I am you might
be interested to read this:

I almost positive I found the source of my Excel crash and it has to do with
the borders that XML maps put around mapped cells.

Does anyone know if there are any known bugs relating to cell selection,
screenupdating, and XML mappings/blue borders? If not, I may have found the
first! If so, can it be reported or can I find help to further investigate
this buggy behavior? I can reproduce the buggy behavior on different
machines and in different projects.
