how to cancel the right mouse button

Hi, I'm tryng to accomplish something with the beforerightclick method, I
want when the user press the right mouse button, the menu that normaly
appears (Cut Copy Paste .....),doesn't appears so the user isn't abble to
cut, copy, paste or change the format of the cells
