Default User Defined Functions - Edit line prompts and/or help

With standard Excel functions, when moving along the edit line the
various elements of the function have built in prompts, which indicate
whereabouts in the function you are up to. i.e it says things like
'logical_test', '[value_if_true]' etc.

How does one achieve the same sort of thing with a UDF?

TIA
