Default Copy "active"

Can anybody help me in getting a macro for the excel copy function.
I would like the copy "application" to remain active even after I have
inserted a sheet or done something else before pasting what has been
copied.

Hi Al,

Try changing the macro so that the copy / paste operation is either
completed before another action clears the clipboard, or is performed after
such action.

I am not aware that you can.

As, I suggested, run the copy / paste before or after the action which
clears the clipboard..
