can i run a code in the ms excel even if the security is high or something
like that
that i can disable the security

No you cannot disable it from code, it has to be set to medium or low.

You can write a COM add-in to execute code in Excel without the macro
security warnings. But if you could write code to disable the security,
then if wouldn't really be secure, would it?
