Default Fill.backcolor and forecolor do not consistent in Chart and Shapes

It has been ages and no reply, :(

I have found that

shapes(1).fill.backcolor.schemecolor =
seriescollection(1).fill.backcolor.schemecolor + 7

Supprise, I dont know why MS does that.
