Default link between list on same sheet

i have excel 2002 and i am creating two lists of name one line of travel and
one alphabetical. I want to know if there is a way to link the two together
in a way that if i change the sequence number on the travel one it will
automatically change the number to the corresponding name in the
alphabetical list of name

5 - BRAS, Carlos (11020)
6 - BURDICK, Daniel , Christine (11030)
7 - LINDSAY, John, Jan (11040)
