Simple Function HELP!!!

I need some serious help with a function. My brain is fried!

I have a colum that is totally up rows B6:K11=M6:M11 but I need to referce
ANY information that calculates over to M6:M11 on another page but I can't
think of the formula to save my life.

I can make it work if it's =cell("contents",M9) but what if M9 is empty and
there's something is in M10?
