how do i lock up the formula's so that user's can not access them -- i am
trying to make a pricing formula template and i only want the users to input data and read the result --i do not want them to access any formula's or descriptive info thanks scott |

select the cells containing formulas, then format - cells - protection - lock.
make sure the cells you want the user to key in are not locked - same process, just uncheck "lock". then, when you are finished, go to Tools, click Protection, and specify the protection you want.
