Default Change linkedcell color for a minute only when value changes

Hi,
I have a worksheet that obtain some data from web via a query,
refreshing every minute.
Using VBA I copy links of some of the obtained data in another
worksheet of the same workbook (this second worksheet is a sort of
"filter" of the main worksheet).
Since I copy only links to the cell of the first worksheet, every time
the main worksheet updates from web, the values of the second worksheet
updates too, and this works very well.

But my question is:

How can I do if I want that cells of the second sheet whose value had
changed from a refresh to the other (because this value of course is
changed originally in main sheet) change their color for a certain
period (e.g. 30 seconds) and then restore to their original color in an
automated way ?
I don't understand if this is possible via VBA.

Thanks to anyone that could help me.
TJ
