Default xl environment not fully functional

Hi all-

I have lost some functionality of my Excel 2003 environment

Tried repair,
Right click cell provides short-cut menu
Sigma still ghosted on toolbar
Cannot right click :
-Worksheet tab
-Status bar ( Shortcut menu to cycle avg, sum, count, etc)
-Scroll arrows horizontal scroll bar (On the left)

Uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled
Sigma is now avail on the toolbar
but I still cannot right click the items detailed above

Thanks

I don't know if this will help, but try deleting your xlb
file(s). Close Excel, go to the Windows Start menu, choose Find,
and search for *.xlb. Delete these files or move them to another
location.

Also, try starting Excel in Safe mode. From the Windows Start
menu, choose Run, and enter

Excel.exe /s
