Default Developing in 2000 for 2002 application; problems?

Hello -

I have Office 2000 at home and 2002 at work. I wanted to work on an Excel
project at home. Will I have any problems doing this inasmuch as I am using
2002 at work? Can I just develop in 2000, copy it to disk, take it to work
and run it in 2002 without any problems?

Any advice will be appreciated - especially if there are known bugs.

Hi Sandy,

Yes, everything you do in Excel 2000 will work fine in Excel 2002. The
reverse is not necessarily true. Excel 2002 supports a number of features
that Excel 2000 does not, so if you happen to modify your file at work such
that it uses one of these new features it won't work correctly when you take
it back home and try to use it in Excel 2000.

Unfortunately, there isn't any place to get comprehensive guidance on
exactly which features work where, so you mostly have to figure it out by
trial and error.
