Default Cross Tables

I have one CSV file, as attached in the zipped file.

The first column is the record number. I want to create a frequency
count for each question : Q1, Q2, Q3, Q23. However, there are ";" to
separate each number.

Besides, how can I made a cross tables let say for example Q2 as the
top, cross with all the other questions.

The sample output is in worksheet "results1" and "results2".
