Default making column's head in different collar during filtering

I've set up auto filter on a sheet. The all column's heads are gray. When I'm
filtering a column the tiny arrow on a filtered column head becomes blue.
But, it's very hard to see.

How could I make to in addition to the blue arrow the head of the filtered
column in a different collar (e.g, red) to emphasize that it's filtered?

Thanks
