Hi,

I have a worksheet where all my data & graphs fit perfectly on m
screen at the current resolution. I now need to add another tw
columns, which will spoil the worksheet totally ;-(

Not all my data needs to be seen at one time and I can manually hid
and unhide columns for the time being. However I’m sure I’ve see
worksheets with small ‘+’ and ‘–‘ buttons ay the top or columns (ma
have been rows only) to collapse if needed. Can anyone point me in th
right direction

The + and - symbols are created through the Group function on the Data menu.
Select the rows or culumns you want to group. Select Data - Group and Outline

I was about to add lots of little buttons with VB code to change th
proerties of the colums - This looks and works much better
