Default HTML issue

I have contextual Help links all over an Excel model and they link to anchors
within a single HTML Help page. But every time you click on a Help link it
launches a new browser instance, whereas it would seem to be much better for
it to use the existing Help window if you had not closed it. Is there a way
to accomplish that; single browser instance moving to anchors as selected?
