I want to setup a data validation list to allow users to only select from a
drop down box. Is it possible that once the name is selected from the list, it is automatically deleted from the list and therefore not available after a one time selction? |

Do you actually want to delete it from the list or just hide it from being

There's a formula solution here, that hides previously used items:
