I want to setup a data validation list to allow users to only select from a
drop down box. Is it possible that once the name is selected from the list,
it is automatically deleted from the list and therefore not available after a
one time selction?

Do you actually want to delete it from the list or just hide it from being
used again? Are you willing to write a macro?
