Default Orientation of Axis Lable in Pivot Chart

I am tracking sales $ per month for specific customers with the page field
being a sales rep. Along the x axis the months are shown numerically (06-05)
as sub categories to the customer name. If I choose the properties of the x
axis text and change the orientation of the test to 90 degrees, only the
month rotates and not the customer name. If there are a lot of customers for
that particular sales rep, the customer names start to overlap.

Question, how do I get both text items to orientate at 90 degrees. I am
using Excel 2000.
