Counting people
Hi,
I've got a spreadsheet which has one column with names, another the number of people and the third confirmed attendance i.e. Jack & Jill 2 N Simon & Jane 2 Y Peter 1 Y My question is how can i get excel to look at the confirmation column and for every confirmation to add the number of people to a confirmed total? Consider setting up a PivotTable for the report.
