![]() Hello. I need to be able to access data from Jan. '04 into the future from a db that I'm trying to create. The data will feed to this sheet via links to other workbooks that have already been created (from Aug '05 forward. Prior months will just be put into the cells). I've left space for 55 people in the workbooks that are feeding this sheet, but the number of people is rarely above 45, and has been as low as 35. I would like to be able to have a UserForm link to this data and be able to pull information on individuals by month or range of months. For example, if I want to know how John Doe is doing over the last 12 months I could enter or choose from a list August 2004 to July 2005 and get all the data broken out just for him. This may grow by 20-30 people a year, as people come and go. I realize that Excel isn't really a database, but I'm not allowed to use Access here, and I'm more comfortable with Excel anyway. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks, -- Message posted via OfficeKB.com http://www.officekb.com/Uwe/Forums.a...mming/200507/1 |
