Default MsgBox "Invalid property value"

I have a dialog box that gives me an error message when closing. It's
with two drop-down boxes and the message it get is exactly the
equivalent of:

MsgBox "Invalid property value.", vbExclamation, "Microsoft Forms"

I can't seem to de-bug it either as the error occurs before the
userform closer event runs. ugh. I'm at a loss. I have left
instructions on how to re-generate the error message right on the
splash sheet (first sheet). If anyone can help, it would be
appreciated. I tried to replying to another thread by don wiss as he
had a similar problem but no one could help either of us out.

Any takers?

I have tested in both xl2003 & xlxp. Attached is the workbook.
