Default Dates not including weekends and holidays

Column A1 is start date
Column B1 is ending date which is 5 days after the start date not counting
Sat. and Sun. and a Holiday.

How can I do the formula in B1?

Look at the ATP function

Networkdays

NETWORKDAYS(start_date,end_date,holidays)
