Default Require Workbook to be renamed in order to Save It

Is there a way to require a workbook to be renamed in order to save it? If
I save workbook to a template (.xlt) will this do the trick?

Thanks
Steve

an xlt will do even mo

it will open and then:
reset file path to empty, forcing users to do a save as
reset all file dates.
