Default Forest & Trees????

I have a friend that uses a database that she refers to as "Forest & Trees"
but I have never heard of that. Apparently it is a front end to an SQL
database and I was wondering if this is a standard database and if anyone
knows of a way to write "Forest & Trees" queries in VBA to bypass the need
to manually build, run and save the query and then open them in Excel.

TIA,
Ken
